Our Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions specific to The Shredquarters Twickenham supersede those elsewhere.

You participate in classes and personal training sessions entirely at your own risk and should seek medical advice should you have any concerns. The Shredquarters Twickenham accepts no responsibility for any lost or stolen property at our premises.

Membership Fees

The joining fee is taken with immediate effect on signing up and the first weekly membership is taken on the first day of your membership as agreed upon joining.

Please note that your membership is for a minimum of three months/13 weeks. Contract payments are taken weekly or monthly in advance depending on the agreed contract. Weekly payments are taken on the same day of each week.  For monthly contracts, payments are taken in advanced on the same day of each month.

If you have a Basic Membership, the day the payment is taken also corresponds to the day your class credits reset. You cannot roll-forward credits to the next week or month if unused.

From time to time, we may need to increase the price of the membership. We will give you at least one full month's notice of any price increase and when it will take effect. During this period, you will have your usual right to terminate your membership in accordance with the membership terms and conditions.

Membership Cancellation

To cancel, 4-weeks written notice is required which must be sent to: twickenham@theshredquarters.co.uk.

Freezing memberships

In exceptional circumstances, a membership can be paused (for example serious injury or illness). In such circumstances, a written doctors note must be provided for proof of injury or illness. A paused membership cannot take place in the first eight weeks of your membership.  Memberships cannot be frozen during your notice period.  Please note that a £5 weekly fee will apply for paused memberships.

Any changes to memberships must be requested in writing to twickenham@theshredquarters.co.uk.  Any changes to your Membership option restarts the 8-week contract period.

Class Booking Policy

Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance and until the class start time. You are required to book yourself into the class prior to the class starting otherwise you risk being turned away.

Class Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend, you are required to cancel a minimum of 2 hours before the class start time otherwise you will lose your class credit (if applicable). If the class you booked and did not attend was fully booked at any point and a waiting list therefore in place, you will be subject to a no-show fee of £5.

Class Packs

Class packs can be purchased in quantities of 5 or 10. Class packs are non-refundable and credits must used within the specified time limit of 45 of 90 days respectively.
